^aEstos, pues, son los reyes de la tierra a quienes los hijos de Israel derrotaron¹, y cuya tierra poseyeron al otro lado del Jordán, hacia el oriente, desde el valle² del Arnón hasta el monte Hermón, y todo el Arabá hacia el oriente³: 2 Sehón, rey de los amorreos, que habitaba en Hesbón y gobernaba desde Aroer, que está al borde del valle¹ del Arnón, el medio del valle y la mitad de Galaad^a, y hasta el arroyo de Jaboc, frontera de los hijos de Amón; 3 y el Arabá hasta el mar de Cineret^1a hacia el oriente, y hasta el mar de Arabá, el mar Salado, al oriente hacia² Bet-jesimot, y al sur, al pie³ de las laderas del Pisga^b; 4 y el territorio de Og, rey de Basán, uno de los que quedaba de los refaítas^a, que habitaba en Astarot y en Edrei^b, 5 y gobernaba en el monte Hermón, en Salca y en todo Basán^a, hasta las fronteras del gesureo y del maacateo^b, y la mitad de Galaad, hasta la frontera de Sehón, rey de Hesbón. 6 Aestos Moisés, siervo del SEÑOR, y los hijos de Israel los derrotaron¹; y Moisés, siervo del SEÑOR, dio su tierra² en posesión a los rubenitas, a los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés^a.

7 Estos, pues, son los reyes de la tierra que Josué y los hijos de Israel derrotaron¹ al otro lado del Jordán, hacia el occidente, desde Baal-gad en el valle del Líbano hasta el monte Halac que se levanta hacia Seir^a; y Josué dio la tierra² en posesión a las tribus de Israel según sus divisiones, 8 en la región montañosa, en las tierras bajas, en el Arabá, en las laderas, en el desierto y en el Neguev^1a; de los hititas, amorreos, cananeos, ferezeos, heveos y jebuseos: 9 el rey de Jericó^a, uno; el rey de Hai^b, que está al lado de Betel, uno; 10 ^ael rey de Jerusalén, uno; el rey de Hebrón, uno; 11 el rey de Jarmut, uno; el rey de Laquis, uno; 12 el rey de Eglón, uno; el rey de Gezer, uno; 13 el rey de Debir, uno; el rey de Geder, uno; 14 el rey de Horma, uno; el rey de Arad^a, uno; 15 el rey de Libna, uno; el rey de Adulam, uno; 16 el rey de Maceda, uno; el rey de Betel, uno; 17 el rey de Tapúa, uno; el rey de Hefer^a, uno; 18 el rey de Afec^a, uno; el rey de Sarón, uno; 19 el rey de Madón, uno; el rey de Hazor, uno; 20 el rey de Simron-merón, uno; el rey de Acsaf, uno; 21 el rey de Taanac, uno; el rey de Meguido, uno; 22 el rey de Cedes^a, uno; el rey de Jocneam del Carmelo, uno; 23 el rey de Dor, en las alturas de Dor¹, uno; el rey de Goyim^a en Gilgal, uno; 24 el rey de Tirsa, uno. Now these are the ^akings of the land whom the sons of Israel ¹defeated, and they took possession of their land beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise, from the Valley of the Arnon as far as Mount Hermon, and all the Arabah to the east: 2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon and ruled ^afrom Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, both the middle of the valley and half of Gilead, even as far as the brook Jabbok, the border of the sons of Ammon; 3 and the ^aArabah as far as the Sea of ¹Chinneroth toward the east, and as far as the Sea of the Arabah, that is, the Salt Sea, eastward ²toward ^bBeth-jeshimoth, and on the south, ³at the foot of the slopes of Pisgah; 4 and the territory of Og king of Bashan, one of ^athe remnant of Rephaim, who lived at ^bAshtaroth and at Edrei, 5 and ruled over Mount Hermon, ^aSalecah, and all Bashan, as far as ^bthe border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half of Gilead, as far as the border of Sihon king of Heshbon. 6 Moses the servant of the LORD and the sons of Israel ¹defeated them; and ^aMoses the servant of the LORD gave it to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh as a possession.
