Porque siete mujeres echarán mano de un hombre en aquel día^a, diciendo: Nuestro pan comeremos y con nuestra ropa nos vestiremos; tansolo déjanos llevar tu nombre; quita nuestro oprobio^b.

2 Aquel día el Renuevo^a del SEÑOR será hermoso y lleno de gloria, y el fruto^b de la tierra será el orgullo y adorno de los sobrevivientes de Israel^c. 3 Y acontecerá que el que sea dejado en Sión y el que quede en Jerusalén^a será llamado santo^b: todos los que estén inscritos para vivir^1c en Jerusalén. 4 Cuando el Señor haya lavado la inmundicia de las hijas de Sión^a y haya limpiado¹ la sangre derramada^b de en medio de Jerusalén con el espíritu del juicio^c y el espíritu abrasador^d, 5 entonces el SEÑOR creará sobre todo lugar del monte Sión y sobre sus asambleas, una nube durante el día, o sea humo, y un resplandor de llamas de fuego por la noche^a; porque sobre toda la gloria habrá un dosel^b; 6 será un cobertizo para dar sombra contra el calor del día, y refugio y protección¹ contra la tormenta y la lluvia^a.

For seven women will take hold of ^aone man on that day, saying, “We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let us be called by your name; ^btake away our disgrace!”

2 On that day the ^aBranch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious, and the ^bfruit of the earth will be the pride and the beauty of the ^csurvivors of Israel. 3 And it will come about that the one who is ^aleft in Zion and remains behind in Jerusalem will be called ^bholy—everyone who is ^crecorded for life in Jerusalem. 4 When the Lord has washed away the filth of the ^adaughters of Zion and ¹purged the ^bbloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the ^cspirit of judgment and the ^dspirit of ²burning, 5 then the LORD will create over the entire area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies ^aa cloud by day, and smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the ^bglory will be a canopy. 6 And there will be a ^ashelter to give shade from the heat by day, and refuge and ¹protection from the storm and the rain.

And in that day seven women will take hold of ^aone man, saying, “We will eat our own food and wear and provide our own clothes; only let us be called by your name; ^btake away our shame of being unmarried.”

2 In that day the ^aBranch of the LORD will be splendid and glorious, and the ^bfruit of the land will be excellent and lovely to those ^cof Israel who have survived. Jer 23:5; 33:15; Zech 3:8; 6:12 3 It will come to pass that he who is ^aleft in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called ^bholy (set apart for God)—everyone who is ^crecorded for eternal life in Jerusalem. Joel 3:17; Phil 4:3 4 When the Lord has washed away the moral filth of the ^adaughters of Zion and has cleansed the ^bbloodstains of Jerusalem from her midst, by the ^cspirit of judgment and by the ^dspirit of burning, 5 then the LORD will create over the entire site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, ^aa cloud by day, smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the ^bglory and brilliance will be a canopy a defense, a covering of His divine love and protection. 6 And there will be a ^apavilion for shade from the heat by day, and a refuge and a shelter from the storm and the rain.
