Así que, hermanos míos, amados y añorados^a, gozo y corona mía, estad así firmes en el Señor^b, amados.

2 Ruego a Evodia y a Síntique, que vivan en armonía^1a en el Señor. 3 En verdad, fiel compañero, también te ruego que ayudes a estas mujeres que han compartido mis luchas en la causa del evangelio, junto con Clemente y los demás colaboradores míos^a, cuyos nombres están en el libro de la vida^b.

4 Regocijaos en el Señor^a siempre. Otra vez lo diré: ¡Regocijaos! 5 Vuestra bondad sea conocida de todos los hombres. El Señor está cerca^a. 6 Por nada estéis afanosos^a; antes bien, en todo, mediante oración y súplica con acción de gracias, sean dadas a conocer vuestras peticiones delante de Dios^b. 7 Y la paz de Dios^a, que sobrepasa todo entendimiento¹, guardará^b vuestros corazones y vuestras mentes^c en Cristo Jesús^d.

8 Por lo demás, hermanos, todo lo que es verdadero, todo lo digno, todo lo justo, todo lo puro, todo lo amable, todo lo honorable¹, si hay alguna virtud o algo que merece elogio, en esto meditad^a. 9 Lo que también habéis aprendido y recibido y oído y visto en mí^a, esto practicad, y el Dios de paz estará con vosotros^b.

10 Me alegré grandemente en el Señor de que ya al fin habéis reavivado vuestro cuidado para conmigo; en verdad, antes os preocupabais, pero os faltaba la oportunidad^a. 11 No que hable porque tenga escasez¹, pues he aprendido a contentarme^a cualquiera que sea mi situación. 12 Sé vivir en pobreza¹, y sé vivir en prosperidad; en todo y por todo he aprendido el secreto tanto de estar saciado como de tener hambre^a, de tener abundancia como de sufrir necesidad^b. 13 Todo lo puedo en Cristo¹ que me fortalece^a. 14 Sin embargo, habéis hecho bien en compartir conmigo en mi aflicción^a. 15 Y vosotros mismos también sabéis, filipenses, que al comienzo de la predicación del evangelio^a, después que partí de Macedonia^b, ninguna iglesia compartió conmigo en cuestión de dar y recibir, sino vosotros solos^c; 16 porque aun a Tesalónica^a enviasteis dádivas más de una vez para mis necesidades. 17 No es que busque la dádiva en sí, sino que busco fruto que aumente en vuestra cuenta^a. 18 Pero lo he recibido todo y tengo abundancia; estoy bien abastecido¹, habiendo recibido de Epafrodito^a lo que habéis enviado²: fragante aroma^3b, sacrificio aceptable, agradable a Dios. 19 Y mi Dios proveerá a todas vuestras necesidades^a, conforme a sus riquezas^b en gloria en Cristo Jesús. 20 A nuestro Dios y Padre^a sea la gloria por los siglos de los siglos^b. Amén.

21 Saludad a todos los santos en Cristo Jesús. Los hermanos que están conmigo^a os saludan. 22 Todos los santos os saludan^a, especialmente los de la casa del César.

23 La gracia del Señor Jesucristo sea con vuestro espíritu^1a.

4 ^aRejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! 5 Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. ^aThe Lord is ¹near. 6 ^aBe anxious for nothing, but in everything by ^bprayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And ^athe peace of God, which surpasses all ¹comprehension, will ^bguard your hearts and your ^cminds in ^dChrist Jesus.

8 Finally, brethren, ^awhatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is ¹lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, ²dwell on these things. 9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen ^ain me, practice these things, and ^bthe God of peace will be with you.

10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at last ^ayou have revived your concern for me; indeed, you were concerned before, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak ¹from want, for I have learned to be ^2acontent in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going ^ahungry, both of having abundance and ^bsuffering need. 13 I can do all things ¹through Him who ^astrengthens me. 14 Nevertheless, you have done well to ^ashare with me in my affliction.

15 You yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the ^1afirst preaching of the gospel, after I left ^bMacedonia, no church ^cshared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone; 16 for even in ^aThessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs. 17 ^aNot that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the ¹profit which increases to your account. 18 But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I am ¹amply supplied, having received from ^aEpaphroditus ²what you have sent, ^3ba fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. 19 And ^amy God will supply ¹all your needs according to His ^briches in glory in Christ Jesus. 20 Now to ^aour God and Father ^bbe the glory ¹forever and ever. Amen.

21 Greet every ¹saint in Christ Jesus. ^aThe brethren who are with me greet you. 22 ^aAll the ^1bsaints greet you, especially those of Caesar’s household.

23 ^aThe grace of the Lord Jesus Christ ^bbe with your spirit.
