2 Oh SEÑOR, he oídoa lo que se dice de ti1 y temíb.Aviva, oh SEÑOR, tu obra2 en medio de los años3c,en medio de los años4 dala a conocer;en la ira, acuérdate de tener compasiónd.
3 Dios viene de Temána,y el Santo, del monte Paránb.(Selah1)Su esplendor cubre los cielosc,y de su alabanza está llena la tierrad.4 Su resplandor es como la luza;tiene rayos que salen de su mano,y allí se oculta su poderb.5 Delante de Él va la pestilenciaa,y la plaga sigue sus pasos1b.6 Se detuvo, e hizo temblar1 la tierra,miró e hizo estremecerse a las nacionesa.Sí, se desmoronaron los montes perpetuos,se hundieron2b las colinas antiguas.Sus caminos son eternos.7 Bajo afliccióna vi las tiendas de Cusán,temblaban las tiendas1 de la tierra de Madiánb.
8 ¿Te indignaste1, SEÑOR, contra los ríos?¿Contra los ríosa fue tu ira,contra el marb tu furor,cuando montaste en tus caballosc,en tus carros de victoria2d?9 Tu arco fue desnudado por completoa,las varas de castigo1 fueron juradas.(Selah)Con ríos hendiste la tierrab;10 te vieron los montes y temblaron,el diluvio de aguas pasó;dio el abismo su voz,levantó en alto sus manosa.11 El sol y la luna se detuvieron en su sitioa;a la luz de tus saetas se fueronb,al resplandor de tu lanza fulgurante.12 Con indignación marchaste por la tierraa;con ira hollaste1b las naciones.13 Saliste para salvar a tu puebloa,para salvar a tu ungidob.Destrozaste la cabeza de la casa del impíoc,descubriéndolo de arriba abajo1.(Selah)14 Traspasaste con sus propios dardosala cabeza de sus guerreros1que irrumpieron para dispersarnos2b;su regocijo fue como el de los que devoran en secreto a los oprimidosc.15 Marchaste por el mar con tus caballosa,en el oleaje de las inmensas aguasb.

2 LORD, I have aheard 1the report about You and 2I bfear.O LORD, crevive dYour work in the midst of the years,In the midst of the years make it known;In wrath remember 3emercy.
3 God comes from aTeman,And the Holy One from Mount bParan.Selah.His csplendor covers the heavens,And the dearth is full of His praise.4 His aradiance is like the sunlight;He has rays flashing from His hand,And there is the hiding of His bpower.5 Before Him goes apestilence,And bplague comes 1after Him.6 He stood and surveyed the earth;He looked and astartled the nations.Yes, the perpetual mountains were shattered,The ancient hills 1collapsed.His ways are beverlasting.7 I saw the tents of Cushan under adistress,The tent curtains of the land of bMidian were trembling.
8 Did the LORD rage against the arivers,Or was Your anger against the rivers,Or was Your wrath against the bsea,That You crode on Your horses,On Your dchariots of salvation?9 Your abow was made bare,The rods of 1chastisement were sworn.Selah.You bcleaved the earth with rivers.10 The mountains saw You and quaked;The downpour of waters swept by.The deep auttered forth its voice,It lifted high its hands.11 aSun and moon stood in their places;They went away at the blight of Your arrows,At the radiance of Your gleaming spear.12 In indignation You amarched through the earth;In anger You 1btrampled the nations.13 You went forth for the asalvation of Your people,For the salvation of Your banointed.You struck the chead of the house of the evilTo lay him open from 1thigh to neck.Selah.14 You pierced with his aown 1spearsThe head of his 2throngs.They bstormed in to scatter 3us;Their exultation was like thoseWho cdevour the oppressed in secret.15 You atrampled on the sea with Your horses,On the bsurge of many waters.

3 God approaching from Sinai comes from aTeman (Edom) ,And the Holy One from 1Mount bParan.Selah 2(pause, and calmly think of that).His csplendor and majesty covers the heavensAnd the dearth is full of His praise.4 His abrightness is like the sunlight;He has bright rays flashing from His hand,And there in the sunlike splendor is the hiding place of His bpower.5 Before Him goes the apestilence of judgment as in Egypt,And the burning bplague of condemnation follows at His feet as in Sennacherib’s army.
