4 Vuélvete, SEÑOR, rescata mi alma1a;sálvame por tu misericordia.5 Porque no hay en la muerte memoria de ti;en el Seol1, ¿quién te dará graciasa?
6 Cansado estoy de mis gemidosa;todas las noches inundo de llanto mi lecho1,con mis lágrimasb riego2 mi cama.7 Se consumen de sufrir mis ojos1a;han envejecido2 a causa de todos mis adversarios.

O LORD, ado not rebuke or punish me in Your anger,Nor discipline me in Your wrath.2 Have mercy on me and be gracious to me, O LORD, for I am aweak (faint, frail) ;bHeal me, O LORD, for cmy bones are dismayed and anguished.3 My asoul as well as my body is greatly dismayed.But as for You, O LORD—bhow long until You act on my behalf?
4 Return, O LORD, arescue my soul;Save me because of Your unfailing steadfast love and mercy.5 For in death athere is no mention of You;In Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead) who will praise You and give You thanks?
