^aY el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo: 2 Toma a Aarón y con él a sus hijos^a, y las vestiduras^b, el aceite de la unción^c, el novillo de la ofrenda por el pecado, los dos carneros y la cesta del pan sin levadura; 3 y reúne a toda la congregación a la entrada de la tienda de reunión. 4 Y Moisés hizo tal como el SEÑOR le ordenó, y cuando la congregación se había reunido a la entrada de la tienda de reunión, 5 Moisés dijo a la congregación: Esto es lo que el SEÑOR ha ordenado hacer.

6 Entonces Moisés hizo que Aarón y sus hijos se acercaran, y los lavó con agua^a. 7 Y puso sobre él la túnica, lo ciñó con el cinturón, lo vistió con el manto y le puso el efod; y lo ciñó con el cinto tejido del efod, con el cual se lo ató^a. 8 Después le puso el pectoral¹, y dentro del pectoral puso el Urim y el Tumim^2a. 9 Puso también la tiara sobre su cabeza, y sobre la tiara, al frente, puso la lámina de oro^a, la diadema santa, tal como el SEÑOR había ordenado a Moisés.

10 Y Moisés tomó el aceite de la unción^a y ungió el tabernáculo¹ y todo lo que en él había, y los consagró^b. 11 Con el aceite¹ roció el altar siete veces y ungió el altar y todos sus utensilios, y la pila y su base, para consagrarlos^a. 12 Y derramó del aceite de la unción sobre la cabeza de Aarón y lo ungió, para consagrarlo^a. 13 Luego Moisés hizo que los hijos de Aarón se acercaran y los vistió con túnicas, los ciñó con cinturones, y les ajustó las tiaras tal como el SEÑOR había ordenado a Moisés^a.

14 Entonces trajo el novillo de la ofrenda por el pecado, y Aarón y sus hijos pusieron sus manos sobre la cabeza del novillo de la ofrenda por el pecado^a. 15 Después Moisés lo degolló y tomó¹ la sangre y con su dedo puso parte de ella en los cuernos del altar por todos los lados, y purificó el altar. Luego derramó el resto de la sangre al pie del altar y lo consagró^a, para hacer expiación por él^b. 16 Tomó también toda la grasa que había en las entrañas y el lóbulo del hígado, y los dos riñones con su grasa, y los quemó Moisés sobre el altar^a. 17 Pero el novillo, con su piel, su carne y su estiércol, lo quemó en el fuego fuera del campamento^a, tal como el SEÑOR había mandado a Moisés.

18 Entonces presentó el carnero del holocausto^a, y Aarón y sus hijos pusieron sus manos sobre la cabeza del carnero. 19 Y Moisés lo degolló y roció¹ la sangre sobre el altar, por todos los lados. 20 Después de haber cortado el carnero en pedazos, Moisés quemó la cabeza, los pedazos y la grasa^a. 21 Después de lavar las entrañas y las patas con agua, Moisés quemó todo el carnero sobre el altar. Fue holocausto de aroma agradable; fue ofrenda encendida para el SEÑOR^a, tal como el SEÑOR había ordenado a Moisés.

22 Luego presentó el segundo carnero, el carnero de la consagración^1a, y Aarón y sus hijos pusieron sus manos sobre la cabeza del carnero. 23 Y Moisés lo degolló y tomó de la sangre y la puso en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de Aarón, en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en el pulgar de su pie derecho^a. 24 Hizo también que se acercaran los hijos de Aarón; y Moisés puso sangre en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de ellos, en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en el pulgar de su pie derecho. Entonces Moisés roció el resto de la sangre sobre el altar, por todos los lados^a. 25 Y tomó la grasa y la cola gorda, y toda la grasa que estaba en las entrañas, el lóbulo del hígado, los dos riñones con su grasa y la pierna derecha. 26 Y de la cesta del pan sin levadura que estaba delante del SEÑOR, tomó una torta sin levadura, una torta de pan mezclada con aceite y un hojaldre^a, y los puso sobre las porciones de grasa y sobre la pierna derecha. 27 Entonces lo puso todo en las manos¹ de Aarón y en las manos² de sus hijos, y lo presentó³ como una ofrenda mecida delante del SEÑOR^a. 28 Después Moisés tomó todo esto¹ de las manos² de ellos y lo quemó en el altar con el holocausto. Fue ofrenda de consagración como aroma agradable, ofrenda encendida para el SEÑOR^a. 29 Tomó también Moisés el pecho y lo presentó¹ como ofrenda mecida delante del SEÑOR^a; era la porción del carnero de la consagración que pertenecía a Moisés^b, tal como el SEÑOR le² había ordenado.

30 Y tomó Moisés del aceite de la unción y de la sangre que estaba sobre el altar, y roció a Aarón y sus vestiduras, y a sus hijos y las vestiduras de sus hijos; y consagró a Aarón y sus vestiduras, y a sus hijos y las vestiduras de sus hijos con él^a.

31 Entonces Moisés dijo a Aarón y a sus hijos: Hervid la carne a la entrada de la tienda de reunión, y comedla allí junto con el pan que está en la cesta de la ofrenda de consagración, tal como lo he ordenado, diciendo: «Aarón y sus hijos lo comerán^a». 32 Y el resto de la carne y del pan lo quemaréis en el fuego^a. 33 Y no saldréis de la entrada de la tienda de reunión por siete días, hasta que termine el período de vuestra consagración; porque por siete días seréis consagrados^1a. 34 El SEÑOR ha mandado hacer tal como se ha hecho hoy, para hacer expiación a vuestro favor. 35 Además, permaneceréis a la entrada de la tienda de reunión día y noche por siete días, y guardaréis la ordenanza del SEÑOR^a para que no muráis, porque así se me ha ordenado. 36 Y Aarón y sus hijos hicieron todas las cosas que el SEÑOR había ordenado por medio¹ de Moisés.

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “^aTake Aaron and his sons with him, and the ^bgarments which are symbols of their office, and ^cthe anointing oil, and the bull for the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread; 3 and assemble the entire congregation at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting.” 4 Moses did as the LORD commanded him, and the congregation was assembled at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting. 5 Moses said to the congregation, “This is what the LORD has commanded us to do.”

6 ^aThen Moses brought Aaron and his sons and ^bwashed them with water. 7 He ^aput the undertunic on Aaron, tied the sash around him, clothed him in the robe, and put the ¹ephod (an upper vestment) on him. He tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod around him, with which he secured it to Aaron. 8 Moses then put the breastpiece on Aaron, and he put in the breastpiece ^athe Urim and the Thummim the sacred articles the high priest used when seeking God’s will concerning the nation. 9 He also put the turban on Aaron’s head, and on it, in the front, Moses placed ^athe golden plate, the holy crown, just as the LORD had commanded him.

10 Then Moses took ^athe anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them. 11 He sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times and anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the basin and its stand, to ^aconsecrate them. 12 Then he poured some of the ^aanointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him, to consecrate him. 13 ^aNext Moses brought Aaron’s sons forward, put undertunics on them, belted them with sashes, and bound caps on them, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

14 Then he brought ^athe bull for the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull. 15 Next Moses killed it and took the blood and with his finger ^aput some of it around on the horns of the altar and purified it from sin. Then he poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar and consecrated it, to make atonement for it. 16 He ^atook all the fat that was on the entrails, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses offered them up in smoke on the altar. 17 ^aBut the bull (the sin offering) and its hide, its meat, and its refuse he burned in the fire outside the camp, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

18 He brought ^athe ram for the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. 19 Moses killed it and sprinkled the blood around on the altar. 20 When he had cut the ram into pieces, Moses ^aoffered up the head, the pieces, and the fat in smoke. 21 After he had washed the entrails and the legs in water, Moses ^aoffered up the whole ram in smoke on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a sweet and soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

22 Then he brought the second ram, ^athe ram of consecration (ordination) , and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. 23 Moses killed it and took some of its blood and ^aput it on the lobe of Aaron’s right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot. 24 He also brought Aaron’s sons forward and put some of the blood on the lobes of their right ears, and the thumbs of their right hands, and the big toes of their right feet; and Moses ^asprinkled the rest of the blood around on the altar. 25 He took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat that was on the entrails, the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh; 26 and ^afrom the basket of unleavened bread that was before the LORD, he took one unleavened cake, a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer and put them on the fat and on the right thigh; 27 and he ^aput all these things in Aaron’s hands and his sons’ hands and presented them as a wave offering before the LORD. 28 Then Moses ^atook these things from their hands and offered them up in smoke on the altar with the burnt offering. They were a consecration (ordination) offering for ^ba sweet and soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD. 29 Moses also took ^athe breast and presented it as a wave offering before the LORD; it was ^bMoses’ portion of the ram of consecration (ordination) , just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

30 So Moses ^atook some of the anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his garments, and also on his sons and their garments with him; so Moses consecrated Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons’ garments with him.

31 Then Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “^aBoil the meat at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting and eat it there together with the bread that is in the basket of the consecration (ordination) offering, just as I commanded, ^bsaying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’ 32 And ^awhat remains of the meat and of the bread you shall burn in the fire. 33 ^aYou shall not go outside the doorway of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration (ordination) are ended; for it will take seven days to consecrate you. 34 As has been done this day, so the LORD has commanded to do for your atonement. 35 You shall remain day and night for seven days at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting, ^adoing what the Lord has required you to do, so that you will not die; for so I (Moses) have been commanded.” 36 So Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD had commanded through Moses.
