1Vuelve, oh Israel, al SEÑOR tu Diosa,pues has tropezado a causa de2 tu iniquidadb.2 Tomad con vosotros palabras1, y volveos al SEÑOR.Decidle: Quita toda iniquidada,y acéptanos bondadosamente2,para que podamos presentar el fruto de nuestros labios3b.3 Asiria no nos salvará,no montaremos a caballoa,y nunca más diremos: «Dios nuestro1b»a la obra de nuestras manosc,pues en ti el huérfano halla misericordiad.
4 Yo sanaré su apostasíaa,los amaré generosamenteb,pues mi ira se ha apartado de ellosc.5 Seré como rocío para Israela;florecerá como liriob,y extenderá sus raíces como los cedros del Líbanoc.6 Brotarán1 sus renuevos,y será su esplendor2 como el del olivoa,y su fragancia como la de los cedros del Líbanob.7 Los que moran a su sombraa,cultivarán de nuevo el trigo1by florecerán como la vid.Su fama será como la del vino del Líbano.
8 Efraín, ¿qué tengo yo que ver ya con los ídolosa?Yo respondo y te1 cuido.Yo soy como un frondoso ciprésb;de mí procede tu frutoc.
9 Quien es sabio, que entienda estas cosasa;quien es prudente, que las comprenda.Porque rectos son los caminos del SEÑORb,y los justos andarán por ellosc;pero los transgresores tropezarán en ellosd.

Israel’s Future Blessing
O Israel, areturn in repentance to the LORD your God,For you have stumbled and fallen visited by tragedy, because of your bsin.2 Take the words confessing your guilt with you and return to the LORD.Say to Him, “aTake away all our wickedness;Accept what is good and receive us graciously,So that we may bpresent the fruit of our lips (gratitude) . Heb 13:153 “Assyria will not save us;We will anot ride on horses relying on military might,Nor will we say again to the idols who are the bwork of our hands,‘You are cour gods.’For in dYou O LORD the orphan finds love and compassion and mercy.”
4 I will aheal their apostasy and faithlessness;I will blove them freely,For My anger has cturned away from Israel.5 I shall be like the adew to Israel;He will blossom like the blily,And he will take root like the cedars of cLebanon.6 His shoots will sprout,And his beauty will be like the aolive treeAnd his fragrance like the cedars of bLebanon.7 Those who alive in his shadowWill again raise bgrain,And they will blossom like the vine.His renown will be like the wine of Lebanon.
8 O Ephraim, what more have I to do with aidols?It is I who have answered and will care for you and watch over you.I am like a bluxuriant cypress tree;With cMe your fruit is found which is to nourish you.
9 aWhoever is spiritually wise, let him understand these things;Whoever is spiritually discerning and understanding, let him know them.For the bways of the LORD are right,And the crighteous will walk in them,But dtransgressors will stumble and fall in them. Ps 107:43; Is 26:7; Jer 9:12; Dan 12:10
