Y vi en la mano derecha del que estaba sentado en el trono^a un libro¹ escrito por dentro y por fuera^2b, sellado con siete sellos^c. 2 Y vi a un ángel poderoso^1a que pregonaba a gran voz: ¿Quién es digno de abrir el libro y de desatar sus sellos? 3 Y nadie, ni en el cielo ni en la tierra ni debajo de la tierra^a, podía abrir el libro ni mirar su contenido¹. 4 Y yo lloraba mucho, porque nadie había sido hallado digno de abrir el libro ni de mirar su contenido¹. 5 Entonces uno de los ancianos me dijo*: No llores; mira, el León^a de la tribu de Judá^b, la Raíz de David^c, ha vencido para abrir el libro y sus siete sellos. 6 Miré, y vi entre el trono (con los cuatro seres vivientes) y los ancianos^1a, a un Cordero^b, de pie, como inmolado^c, que tenía siete cuernos^d y siete ojos^e, que son los siete Espíritus de Dios^f enviados por toda la tierra. 7 Y vino, y tomó el libro de la mano derecha^a del que estaba sentado en el trono^b. 8 Cuando tomó el libro, los cuatro seres vivientes^a y los veinticuatro ancianos^b se postraron^c delante del Cordero^d; cada uno tenía un arpa^e y copas¹ de oro^f llenas de incienso, que son las oraciones de los santos^g. 9 Y cantaban* un cántico nuevo^a, diciendo:

11 Y miré, y oí la voz de muchos ángeles alrededor del trono^a y de los seres vivientes^b y de los ancianos^c; y el número de ellos era miríadas de miríadas, y millares de millares^d, 12 que decían a gran voz:

13 Y a toda cosa creada que está en el cielo, sobre la tierra, debajo de la tierra y en el mar, y a todas las cosas que en ellos hay^a, oí decir:

14 Y los cuatro seres vivientes^a decían: Amén^b. Y los ancianos^c se postraron y adoraron^1d.

I saw in the right hand of Him who was ^aseated on the throne a ^bscroll written on the inside and on the back, closed and ^csealed with seven seals. Is 29:11; Ezek 2:9, 10; Dan 12:4 2 And I saw a ^astrong angel announcing with a loud voice, “Who is worthy having the authority and virtue to open the scroll and to ¹break its seals?” 3 And no one ^ain heaven or on earth or under the earth in Hades, the realm of the dead was able to open the scroll or look into it. 4 And I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or look into it. 5 Then one of the twenty-four elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look closely, the ^aLion ^bof the tribe of Judah, the ^cRoot of David, has overcome and conquered! He can open the scroll and break its seven seals.” Gen 49:9, 10; Is 11:1, 10; Rev 22:16

6 And there ¹between the throne (with the four living creatures) and among ^athe elders I saw a ^bLamb (Christ) standing, bearing scars and wounds as though it had been ^cslain, with seven ^dhorns (complete power) and with ^eseven eyes (complete knowledge) , which are ^2fthe seven Spirits of God who have been sent on duty into all the earth. Is 53:7; Zech 3:8, 9; 4:10 7 And He came and ¹took ^athe scroll from the right hand of Him who ^bsat on the throne. 8 And when He had taken the scroll, the ^afour living creatures and the ^btwenty-four elders ^cfell down before the ^dLamb (Christ) , each one holding a ^eharp and ^fgolden bowls full of fragrant incense, which are the ^gprayers of the saints (God’s people) . 9 And they sang a ^anew song of glorious redemption, saying,“^bWorthy and deserving are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were ^cslain (sacrificed) , and with Your blood You ^dpurchased people for God from ^eevery tribe and language and people and nation. Ps 33:3

11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels ^aaround the throne and the voice of the ^bliving creatures and the ^celders; and they numbered ^dmyriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands (innumerable) , Dan 7:10 12 saying in a loud voice,“^aWorthy and deserving is the ^bLamb that was ^csacrificed to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” 13 And I heard ^aevery created thing that is in heaven or on earth or under the earth in Hades, the realm of the dead or on the sea, and everything that is in them, saying together,“To Him who ^bsits on the throne, and to the ^cLamb (Christ) , be ^dblessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.” Dan 7:13, 14 14 And the ^afour living creatures kept saying, “^bAmen.” And the ^celders ^dfell down and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever.
