Certeza de la salvación

Por amor de Sión no callaré,y por amor de Jerusalén no me estaré quieto,hasta que salga su justicia^a como resplandor,y su salvación^b se encienda como antorcha.2 Entonces verán las naciones tu justicia^a,y todos los reyes tu gloria,y te llamarán con un nombre nuevo^b,que la boca del SEÑOR determinará.3 Serás también corona de hermosura en la mano del SEÑOR,y diadema¹^a real en la palma de tu Dios.4 Nunca más se dirá de ti: Abandonada¹^a,ni de tu tierra se dirá jamás: Desolada²;sino que se te llamará: Mi deleite está en ella³,y a tu tierra: Desposada⁴^b;porque en ti se deleita el SEÑOR^c,y tu tierra será desposada.5 Porque como el joven se desposa con la doncella,se desposarán contigo tus hijos;y como se regocija el¹ esposo por la esposa,tu Dios se regocijará por ti^a.

6 Sobre tus murallas, oh Jerusalén, he puesto centinelas^a;en todo el día y en toda la noche jamás callarán.Los que hacéis que el SEÑOR recuerde^b, no os deis descanso,7 ni le concedáis descanso hasta que la restablezca^a,hasta que haga de Jerusalén una alabanza en la tierra^b.8 El SEÑOR ha jurado por su diestra y por su fuerte brazo^a:Nunca más daré tu grano por alimento a tus enemigos^b,ni hijos de extranjeros beberán tu mosto por el que trabajaste;9 pero los que lo cosechen, lo comerán y alabarán al SEÑOR;y los que lo recolecten, lo beberán en los atrios de mi santuario^a.

10 Pasad, pasad por las puertas^a;abrid camino al¹ pueblo^b.Construid, construid la calzada^c;quitad las piedras, alzad estandarte sobre los pueblos^d.11 He aquí, el SEÑOR ha proclamado hasta los confines de la tierra^a:Decid a la hija de Sión^b: «He aquí, tu salvación viene^c;he aquí, su galardón está con Él, y delante de Él su recompensa^d».12 Y los llamarán: Pueblo Santo^a,redimidos del SEÑOR^b.Y a ti te llamarán: Buscada, ciudad no abandonada^c.

Zion’s Glory and New Name

For Zion’s sake I (Isaiah) will not be silent,And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet,Until her ^arighteousness and vindication go forth as brightness,And her ^bsalvation goes forth like a burning torch.2 The ^anations will see your righteousness and vindication by God,And all kings will see your glory;And you will be called by a new ^bnameWhich the mouth of the LORD will designate. Rev 2:173 You will also be considered a ^acrown of glory and splendor in the hand of the LORD,And a royal ¹diadem exceedingly beautiful in the hand of your God.4 It will no longer be said of you Judah, “^aAzubah (Abandoned) ,”Nor will it any longer be said of your land, “Shemamah (Desolate)”;But you will be called, “Hephzibah (My Delight is in Her) ,”And your land, “¹^bMarried”;For the ^cLORD delights in you,And to Him your land will be married owned and protected by the LORD.5 For as a young man marries a virgin O Jerusalem,¹So your sons will marry you;And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,So your ^aGod will rejoice over you.

6 On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed and stationed ^awatchmen (prophets) ,Who will never keep silent day or night;You who ^bprofess the LORD, take no rest for yourselves,7 And ^agive Him no rest from your prayers until He establishes ^bJerusalemAnd makes her a praise on the earth.8 ^aThe LORD has sworn an oath by His right hand and by His mighty arm,“I will ^bnever again give your grain as food for your enemies,Nor will the invading foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored.”9 But they who have ^aharvested it will eat it and praise the LORD,And they who have gathered it will drink it at the feasts celebrated in the courtyards of My sanctuary.

10 Go through, ^ago through the gates,Clear the way for the people;^bBuild up, build up the ^chighway,Remove the stones, lift up a ^dbanner over the peoples.11 Listen carefully, the LORD has proclaimed to the ^aend of the earth,^bSay to the Daughter of Zion, “Look now, your ^csalvation is coming in the LORD;^dIndeed, His reward is with Him, and His restitution accompanies Him.” Is 40:1012 And they will call them “^aThe Holy People,The ^bRedeemed of the LORD”;And you will be called “Sought Out, A City ^cNot Deserted.”
